    It's been up for 18 keys for a week. If it was really worth 31 keys, I'm sure it would have sold by now. I think 11-12 and 31 are outliers on either end. And I actually might make the range 18-22 here

      Where did you find the 18 key trade value? I can only find 2 outpost trades with no B/O set, and a classifieds listing for 17 by one of those two outpost trades.
