Unfortunately, you cannot price an unpriced unusual with 1 sale if there's 1 for sale on the market. If he hasn't resold in a month or plans on keeping it, you can price it.

So should I just wait and see if he hasn't sold it for a month, and THEN price it?

There is actually another sale which you can use, however if you have to use it you'll need to use the other sale as well, making ~~your brain explode~~ things a lot more complicated. So, yeah if you don't want to do anything complicated ~~cause you're a lazy bum~~ you should wait 1 month

NnB Executioner = 11 months outdated

Electrostatic Pugilist = unpriced

Smoking KE = up to date

Steaming Ketche = 12 months outdated

So I would have to update those prices/make new ones before I can price this billycock?

Not really, you can choose to not use this sale; however you need to wait 1 month if you're not going to include it.
