People have payed way more for this hat multiple times. The person i bought it off payed 120 keys in unusuals. And I payed a total of 150 keys for this unusual. And hats that share around the same quality with the death at dusk effect are going for prices in the 200. This defiantly should be more then 60 keys.

Proof would actually be helpful.

It's a great effect and a decent hat. But I think over 120 keys pure is an overpay. If the person you bought it off of paid 120 in unusuals then you paid 150 pure (I'm guessing pure by the way you wrote it) I think that was a mistake. Just seems like you want to raise the price solely because you paid more. It's a sought after effect but not a sought after hat considering the average price unusual practitioners.
