Finally, maybe I can price this.

One recent sale, not listed for resale as of now:

Sold for a Misty Skull Modest Scrap (175) + Blizzardy Spook Specs (23) + a Vintage Sandvich (value insignificant)

175 + 23 * 0.9 = 178.2 keys rounding to 178 keys

Backpack histories registered the Specs on the 14th, no earlier, there was only 1 sale that day on the SCM.
