I think this should be priced a little higher than the strange phlog itself. Mainly because, what if someone had a killstreak kit on their phlog and didn't want a strange one whole anyways when they could apply this? This could go down in price, but this seems like a fair deal since its only 1 more refined than the strange phlog for the low end.
