I've recently traded for about a dozen End of the Line Keys for 15-19 refs (1 normal TF2 key in some cases) from many different sellers. Now, onto the proof... I'm not a regular price suggestion poster, so i will try my best here to supply enough proof to rectify this error.
SOLD:
3 EOTL keys sold for 15 Refs:

The same seller with his trade expired waiting for offer at 15 Refs (until i traded for his EOTL keys):

Here is the actual deal, not 3 days ago (the trader's 3 EOTL keys for my 45 Refs):

More proof (these trades were made from backpack.tf classified listings within the past couple of days):

If the sellers' profiles are required for verification, i can supply these as well. Feel free to ask.

+ many unsold on bp for above 19 refs.
Based on these sales, it's clear the current suggested price is wrong. I would suggest a price between 15-19 refs. But since a TF2 key is currently fluctuating at about 19 refs, it's easier to set the price to the more stable 1 TF2 key.
Why do you think my last suggestion should not have passed? It's a rare key,not a lot of sellers that actually wants to trade this for other's keys/metal.
Well, since the past week, i traded for about a dozen EOTL keys at 19 refs or less. In some cases, i paid 1 normal TF2 key based on the seller's preference, so suggesting anything more than 1 TF2 key or 19 refs is just a wrong interpretation of the current selling prices.
Damn it I thought there was free rep here ;-;
If the proof is there suggest at where the proof is.
I provided proof for the outpost sales, which is easy to find. But the sales originating from backpack, i can't find a way to retrieve the sale history... I'll keep trying and hope to figure it out soon though.

Inventory -> More -> View inventory history
why did you make 2 ?
I had suggested the new price in refs which i then fixed to 1 key since it was my original intention but i couldn't edit the price on my first submission. I rarely post price suggestions.
