Notes:

For Sale 2, Groovy got an offer of 80 keys within a day of posting the trade. Because of this alongside with the SCM sale, I am going to call Sale 1 an outlier.

Conclusion:

Sales at 65, 80, 92, and 106 keys. In reference to my notes, I am invalidating Sale 1 and thus taking a final range of 80-105 keys.
