Green paint wasn't advertised because, well ain't nobody got time for that.
wat you mean by 'Wasn't Advertised'
I made a classified listing but I didn't mention it had paint. Not sure if the buyer purchased it off me because it was painted.
Painted items can't be used to rise a price lol, sorry
Checking through http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/247237527
All trades are either in sets or lv 100. I believe he bought it off me because I was the cheapest. Maybe I can ask him?

No point, painted items can't rise it regardless lol
It's a crap paint. I certainly wouldn't pay extra for green.
I still believe he bought it not because it was painted but simply because I was the cheapest seller at the time. I even provided the search link of the item.
This factor makes the fact that the item was painted insignificant.
I still consider it to be related to paint, regardless of circumstances :/
Theoretically, any consumer will pay the cheapest price of any item, even if it may have bonuses like a paint for instance. In this case, he bought the item painted, but it was also the cheapest available.
I still am unable to use painted items for pricing :/
I can't magically ignore rules unless i'd have a good reason to
A short market really isn't a valid reason
Don't be surprised if he removes the paint. Looking at the tf2wiki unpainted looks better.
