The Beret in Sale #2 was G Fetti, not P Fetti. Just a typo, since your mini was indeed for G Fetti, but I figured I'd let you know.

It was 3 keys added in Sale #4, but since the Tree had a B/O of 20 keys, that won't wind up changing the sale's final value I guess.
