Well, strangifier Hype #3 (The proof in this one may be a bit obscure, so I added a bit more)
Sales:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25557662
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25921279 (He says ''backpack.tf prices''. By that I assume he means strange bp.tf prices.)

Sellers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25390654
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25557589
Again, the proof may be a bit obscure. They are all a bit old, but well. We need strangifier prices now that these are allowed.
Please leave your criticism in the comments!
Did use them before, to old to use cause none did sell recently. [ or proof me wrong ]
and you cant assume it, proof it bby.
Sellers don't matter when pricing an item.
2 out of 3 sales are too old unless you can prove they sold recently. The one by "backpack.tf" prices, you can't really assume he means strange prices since the straingifier itself doesn't have a price yet.
Yeah, the proof is not the best. But I think your range is close here. It's hard to gather proof on strangifiers. SCM supports this as well.
