I think the 16 ref 1 is valid with the new rules. [ if someone can back this up, did read them 1 time fast. ]

seller at 16 ref is irrelevant, those are the only two unpainted ones without spells on outpost with a listed price, there are only 7 unpainted on outpost as a whole

I agree that the range is....special. However, this could have used more sales as proof.

7 usable trades total, none of them have histories that point to sales that werent from last halloween

this suggestion has more evidence than a bunch of unique ones these days anyways
