Why jump it to 4 ref when you have proof of just one sale at that price and multiple ones at 3-3.11. Should've at least been suggested at 3-4 or something.

Buyers prove that it shouldn't be at that price.

With the history of it being at 3-3.11, and the majority still sticking with that price, don't think a jump to 4 ref from just one sale is necessary. Oh well.
