And the 1.33 seller, since he's selling other items and therefore hasn't closed, could quite easily have quicksold.
With both these facts in mind 1.44 flat is preferable.
Quite possibly. Problem is that the buyer is a classifieds listing and mods themselves have said those aren't considered quite reliable yet since it's all new. Normally you need 3 of them according to the new guidelines but since the supply of hats has evaporated lately, what constitutes rare is still kinda up in the air. Figured an actual sold might be relevant enough. Either way, it'll be a good precedent.
What's happening to hats anyway? Did they stop dropping? Everything is going up.
