For upping a price, you need buyers who will pay for this price range. Get some links of buyers from outpost, and make sure they are valid. Also, it would be nice to have some sales confirming that people are accepting this price range. And lastly, some unsolds for the current price would be nice. In the mean time, read up on the suggestion rules.
