Counter
2 Sales, one's an outlier.
Sale #1
Sold with 26 Keys for a Burning Engineer's Cap

After:

Assumption Razor Cut was offered on the Cap, so calculating overpay:
63 - 26 = 37
37 * 1.1 = ~41 keys.

B/O was 33 though, keeping sale at: 33 Keys
Sale #2 (OUTLIER)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25838213
"Quicksold" for 25 Keys.
Not considering a quicksell due to the 11 days the trade has been up.
Counting sale as outlier, as backpack history does not show 25 keys pure, but rather 11 keys and a lot of items.
Any counterproof, comments, suggestions, or counter suggestions are always welcome.
"Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months -> one is an outlier, so that's ok
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred."

You'll have to wait for another month
As I've said on the other suggestion, I would wait for another sale to happen before pricing this unusual. There are too many unknowns on this item. No offers, buyouts are too short in time, etc. Personally, I would use this sale to update the Burning Engi Cap instead if this has a price.
Alrighty then. Closing.
