Couldn't find some for some sales, but what we know is that even 19 and 20 went quick. You're right to take out 15 from the range, but I'm not too sure about taking out 24 with even 19-20 being quick.

I took out 24 because the rest of my proof I found is lower. Also, 19-20 seems to be a common trading point, even if they do go relatively fast. But then, lower tier effects seem to be flipped faster anyways.
