5 ref 6 months ago need sales and 8 is unbumped also was a 9 ref seller gone now

Well two people were selling them one for 14 on tf2outpost and one for 16 on bp.tf classifieds

neither of which gives you a high end of 12 ref

also your classifieds link doesn't give us the classifieds at a specific time of day, so it's not really necessary to tell us when you looked at them. a screenshot would be better (and the time would then be relevant)
