Did it sell for that bombing run? if its currently priced at 31-34, how is the value 65? (Also, if the billy was offered, no overpay has to be applied)

I think he's basing it on the BO of the bombing run, but he should just do a mini.

If there aren't any sales (only ones I can find are scm) then yeah I'd use 40, he had that BO for over a month on an old trade without selling.

I think in that case he should use its current price rather than the B/O. The fact that it did not sell at 40 indicates 40 is too high. Normally you can use a B/O like that in this case, but since its higher than its current, id say you should either use its most recent sale or the last updated value

Oh I assumed 40 was lower, sorry. Yeah use current then.
