I sold a duped one within a week for 11 keys about 3-5 weeks ago, would this be considered a valid sale ? (I'm a total noob when when it comes to unusual suggestions). I could provide a screen shot if you would like.

Yep, that will help this suggestion. Duped sales for hats under 25 keys are valid so it should work.

also if it sold for an aussie (valued at 10),11 pure and twice for unusuals worth 12 after overpay. it would be safe to say 9 shouldn't be used,yes ?

You should probably provide a mini on the Frontier Justice, simply to show how you calculated the Spec. Killstreak. I'm assuming you went off SCM, so it shouldn't be that big a pain.
