Personally, I'd say that as long as a sale happened after the previous suggestion, it works for the running suggestion. (And by after, I don't mean hours after the last suggestion or anything. Gotta give people time to change their prices.)

However, I'm not an admin, expert or anything like that; I'm just giving the guidelines I go off of.

I actually just lowered my price from 9.66 to 9.33 ref. These damn things just don't sell :(
