i have done this type of suggestions and get kiled by everyone that its not enogh proof

Any examples I can get by? The Brooklyn Booties one was argueable since the seller was never bumped and young to change the price.

Well I have two buyers at 2.66(technically the "bp.tf guy counts"), one at 4.00, and one at 4.33, I think i'm off the hook :p

No, you don't suck. You have the correct interpretation of the rules. The rules were supposed to suggest that you have to have at least 3 buyers at a price to use that as proof in a suggestion? Why, a single trade can be a mistake. We have seen people forget to close classifieds or accidentally mean that they are selling their item instead of buying.
