    I think i have a resolution for this, at the Windows bar, near the right icons, there would be keyboard option. If your keyboard is in English, it'd appear as 'EN'. Right click it or change the language to any other language it *might* resolve itself.

        When I first start up my laptop, the keys are fine. Later on, it randomly changes for the rest of the day. Doesn't always happen.

          Windows + Space Bar, often changes the keyboard language. Make sure you don't have any key commands or binds set up to those two.
