Yeah, there's 20+ in the classifieds for <1 ref. 1 ref is most likely an outlier.

1 of them is also on op and 0 bump, so not valid: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25984368, so spazzalmans trade is left [the seller of the other 2 @ 0.33], also poorly bumped, but 1 person is not enough for a valid low end.

Oh, woops, did not pay attention to that. But still, the fact that there's 3 classifieds at 0.33 ref compared to the one OP trade at 1 ref means that 0.33 should be in there somewhere.
