Because this is very rare and the uncraftable one is very common.

That'd actually make sense. But backpack price are based off sales price. If people are dumb enough to buy for price above mann co, let them be.

I also checked, mann co gives you uncraftable version. There is no logic at all in this suggestion.

Items which are bought from Mann Co are uncraftable as i know, and you're making a suggestion for craftable version while you are making a judgement on uncraftable version.
