Conclusion:

This has apparently been sold to an anti-freeze collector, so I feel comfortable pricing it with the last occurring sale :D (60 keys)

I don't know how to incorporate that B/O since the sale is completely unusuable :/

I personally don't see anything wrong with going 40-60. My thinking is just that it was up for nearly 2 weeks at a 40 key B/O and that's the key thing.
