Well it's pretty clear he's doing it just to trick people into downvoting, but there's nothing against the rules for that. Still I wish somewhere he put a "*buyer's name was edited out".
Since you have the uncropped/unedited images can we see them? I'm still a bit skeptical.
That's not why he's doing it. English isn't his first language. The issue here is one of communication. He's not trying to trick anyone here.
Oh I know that, what I'm referring to is him photoshopping out the buyer (and maybe the time display but idk that might be part of his version of steam).
Just because he proved himself once means that any edited screenshots he ever posts will be unquestioned? As long as you have him on your friends list maybe you should try to convince him that posting unedited ones are fine. How come the timestamps can never prove these sales, not even once?
