No recent sale for the hat of cards except for other outdated unusuals. And the sellers are higher then the low end so lets just do ~85 keys on the hat of cards (low end)

I didn't even buy it for 10 keys. It was a quicksell, i bought it for 17 keys off my friend because he offered to to me through a trade offer. Its an outlier

well its worth 42.5 so yeah it fits the range, there wouldn't need to be a resuggest for a key extra anyway.

the beat down noble is 40 keys pure, and there was a failed suggestion to bring it down to just 40 (like 76% overall, so pretty good since it's still considered "outdated")
