I sold a frostbite condor for 110 keys pure. Time will tell if it is worth more (I suspect it is), but it's a starting point to get it valued. I haven't seen any other recent evidence of this hat being available for sale on TF2Outpost, so I don't have any other sales to reference at this time. Here is the trade link:

Secret Drill is duped. This was once sold for a Sunbeams Tree, which should be 90-100 Keys.
Not sure about the other offers as they aren't on the trade.
