http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26015305 - 3 ref ( - proof he sold at 3 ref: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/26001861 )
Just gonna say that just because he asks for a price in the notes and then the item gets greyed doesn't mean it was exactly sold for that price. There have been numerous times where I have a price in the notes and then when someone adds me there's negotiation/different items offered/I change my mind on the price, etc. Then I'll just grey the item on Outpost, forgetting to update the notes to say what it sold for. Just like times in the past when I've bought an unusual from someone and they'd have a price in their notes. I'd buy it (a price different from their b/o notes) then when it was gone they would just grey it out. But with the b/o price still there and not updated, it seems like he sold the hat for the b/o. If any of that makes sense.
I'm aware, anyway, there are sufficient links to proof that 3 ref is the most common trading point.
