Google. I type this in the search bar (no quotation): "site:tf2outpost.com/trade (unusual hat and effect)". Sometimes works but limits to unusuals that have been listed at least once whether it was for trade or offered. I don't know if this will narrow the search, but try adding quotations to the unusual effect and hat. It should limit to the specific hat than other hats.
