Burglerre is alright, although it's 3 months old, but there are no recent sales. TC would need one though.

Your first sale is way too old to be used. It occured december last year. That is a good 6 months ago. Only sales within 2 months for unusuals with many sales and sales within 3 months with scarce sales are valid.

Second sale would be relatively close once you have resuggested the bubbling team captain

This sale is easily higher than your suggested range here. If the binding of isaac is involved, the high end may be too wide and there will be a need to decide on an outlier.
