I think that last sale may count, according to my calculations, he added around 5 keys, so maybe make the bottom range around 88?
You can use the last sale, it was a Hearts Dixie, 1 bud, 4 keys and a Strange Festive Axtinguisher
EDIT: You will need a mini for the Dixie though, a mini is where you get 1 sale for that hat, and then you use that sale instead of the price of the item currently. The reason for this being that the Dixie's price is 1 year old and outdated, thus not reliable.
Other than that great job on your first suggestion!
The only usable sale here is the dixie. You shouldn't use higher tier hats in complex sales to price lower tier ones. But as it turns out the dixie is right around here, so this is probably okay. Certainly better than current.
