I connected very deeply to the guy I am pricing this unusual for, I convinced him to put “S> Alaska + Teryaki Meat” at the end of his name.

I should add that sale 2's original owner wanted 12-15 since December of last year, which suggests that he was unaware of recent pricing changes.

Yup that further proves sale 2 is an outlier :P

dunno if this matters since sale 2 is most likely an outlier, but from looking at bp.tf histories, sales 2 seems more around 70-75k.

That raises the price os sale 1 a tiny bit, but it still caps at 175

Eh. There's nothing really solid here showing why 70 is the outlier and not 170. Your only justification comes from a 5 month old price on the KAW crones which might currently be close to 70 keys.

I think it's best to wait for another sale. It already sold for a DaD slo poke and I suspect that that is less than 175 (can't be priced). The next sale should help us out.
