Duping doesn't matter on hats under 25 keys.

you are outlying 2 sales of 22 and 23 based on a dupe seller

clean ones obviously CAN get 22 and 23

Again, duped hats under 25 keys should still be taken into consideration.

the point of that rule is because it's a fact that duped hats under 25 are about the same value as non-duped ones (at least that's what i heard,i still get only bitching on dupes of any amount)

however it is not the case here,where we have >proof< that clean ones sold for 22-23,where as a dupe seller can't get 18

i am just saying,that you should take the clean sales of 22 and 23 into account.
