He wound up with -rep because people downvoted him in sufficient quantity and/or his first suggestion wound up closed. I'm not sure of the exact mechanics behind it, but I'm sure that's the reason. The same thing happened on my first suggestion, and I had to start reviewing other suggestions in order to re-suggest. He can get back into the positive rep column by voting correctly though.

ahh okay. Only votes he made seemed to have been correct, so I guess it was his suggestion being downvoted (which is kind of a shame, since he actually tried)

They're both probably outliers here.

It sold most recently for ~70 keys in spells. Maybe 63 flat or maybe wait for another sale to give it a range. 78 flat is probably quite high.
