Please tell me if its + or - 1. i took 1 because in the other suggestion he said "Chapeau + 8 for Bubble pipe + 5. So basically bubble pipe price - 3" but here its the opposite. The other suggestion there was added most to chapeau. here its most to bubble pipe. so took the opposite.
