I hope this suggestion will work. I admit that my last one was steaming pile of Mitt Romney.

Since most people ask for ~5 keys in unusual overpay, I would put the low price at 45, and the high price is what I think a collector would value it at.

All hats are outdated

Buyers aren't really valid for unusual suggestions, at least not those. Solds are often much stronger. Also provide a screenshot/valid proof of the actual sale

because it was accepted 25 days ago and that sale is not outdated.

Not to sound sarcastic, but because I am brand new to suggestions I am almost clueless about the unspoken rules. Am I missing some rule that I should know?

Some rule? You mean tons of rules, like:

-You can't have a range w/ one sale

-The last suggestion is still valid, so you need to include the sale used

-You need minis for the outdated hats

-You need proof for 45

What's a mini? I put two sales and based the 45 off of what MM270 was asking for the hat (50 keys in unusual overpay) and subtracted 5 keys because people are looking for profit 90% of the time.

Also, after how much time is something considered outdated?

Overpay = item value*.9, anything > 3 months needs a mini for unusuals only.
