gonna have to go with the 28-30 suggestion on this one, since his low end proof is more solid than your high end proof imo
40 is included perfectly well within the range, and the 28-30 does not account for what is the most recent sale.
Note there are procedural errors within the other suggestion.
if you're talking about the DP CM mini, foamy addressed that in the comments. The sales at 28 and 29 are all within a month, shouldn't make that significant of a difference, especially when there was a buyout at below the high end for almost a month
Either way, as the most recent sale, I'd maintain it can't be proven an outlier until the current seller sells.
Foamy addresses the overpay issue but there's still stacked overpay.
Stacked overpay was resolved with updating the company price
We'll see if it sells again soon I guess
I will be accepting this based on the fact that the latest sale is solidly in the 40 keys region. It is better to have a wider range to capture all the data point.
