The average manipulator: Just millions in the whole world. Very nice microscopic brain with a great cobwebs effect. It's a regular creature in the backpack.tf website. The creature looks pretty ugly and childish. Would be around 1 weapon to own.

Ahh, what a sight we have today, ladies and gentlemen! The 'Probatio-Nulla Admoniotio', which roughly translates to 'Proofless Suggestor'. It's uncommon to see one in these areas, although it seems to be abandoned by society and its parents. Here, it's struggling to feed himself, digging around hopelessly to find it's favourite meal - Profit! Wait... what's that? AH, BLIMEY, IT BIT HIS HEAD OFF. That there was the 'Moderatus', the well-respected king of the site! Wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of that magnificent beast.
