It doesn't feel accurate to drop a hat based on an offer that was declined. IMO the Misty Gatsby sale is an outlier, and I would rather see the Tyro being used to price the Gatsby rather than the other way around.

Well, it's fine to drop a hat based on offers, as long as the sale is lower than the offer (I did it before to the Terror-Watt Anger so it should be fine)

Before you made the sale, it was sold for a Circling Peace Sign Master's Yellow Belt. Basically, it worths 46 keys even before your sale happened. It's just backpack.tf didn't update the price on time.

again by me, and go look back, again and you are making the same flaw you made with the last one, at the time, was not worth that, its like going back making a suggestion using buds but not counting them as what they were when the sale was made ~4 or 5 keys

I think this will need more digging into. The sale at 50 may be an outlier if 62 keys pure was rejected. There are sales at 60 and 80+ but it's going to be hard to identify a range here without some minis.
