23 Keys should be fine.

i sold the mining for a phos PE + 2 keys. which in turn sold for a beams nano and a g.fetti scotch (outdated,but my point is that this is an outlier)

23 seems low, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/25868188 especially since one of the owners declined a SS ushanka + 15 keys

I'd need proof of the nano + scotch sale since I can't seem to trace it.

And the ushanka is probably not worth what it's priced at, but it would still be a ~30 key offer ore or less. Thought i'd point that out.

there is no way the ushanka is worth 20. and that was never my point. it's still a declined offer at well over 23

Did some digging, there's no useable sales on the scotch, nano or eye besides this one. I'll just close it because of uncertainty I guess.
