Closed my suggestion on this earlier due to the updated price of the dead presidents hoodie, which will then make the suggestion invalid.


Since this is 1 of 1 in the world, and the current owner doesn't have a TF2OP trade post up there, I wasn't able to give a link, however, below are the two histories of the items they traded.

    Ah, so this is what you needed it for! 16 is fine in this case, since 14-17 averages out to 15.5, which can be round up to 16
