First sale I can't figure out exactly, but I don't think the Max was involved. It doesn't have the Stainless Pot buyer in its history, and has a noticeably different item ID from the keys (which did come from the buyer). Seems like something else was added along with the 4 keys, and was then re-sold as part of the deal to buy the Max.

I'll re-suggest with a flat price of 20 keys
