40 has been up for a while, and frost makes new trades so often that it's hard to tell how long he's been selling his, there isn't really any evidence for the merry sale and the mini is quite weak, 40-42 maybe?

Well, your high end came from a seller that hasn't been successful for 2 months at 55 keys. There is no reason to include that in your range.

There are multiple sellers at less than your suggested high end which has been up for a while. This indicates that 55 keys as the high end is high here.

Just looking at Frost's trade. He had it up for 39 keys for 3 weeks.

With the sales that Randy provided and the current sellers, I agree with Randy that the 51 keys sale is an outlier and I would go with a range of 30-42 keys.
