Why you meh everything? :(
Only to horrible hats.
And until now, I have yet to price a good-looking hat so meh :P
Ah, the meh is to the hat. I thought it was a general life-meh or something
Looking at the most recent sale for the gifted version of this hat.

I am more inclined towards forming a range here with the gifted version sale as the high end.
Well if a gifted version of the hat can sell for more than the clean version of the hat, there is a possibility that 13 keys may be an outlier but there isn't much that we can go on with. You can resuggest at either 20 keys flat by disregarding the 13 keys sale due to the gifted version selling for more than the clean version of the hat and is the most recent sale or form a range at 13-20 keys. I am happy with either of them.
