Been meaning to price this for a while, but the only sale was a clear outlier. A second sale finally happened and provided a more realistic value on this.

you are pricing it with one sale tho,so you'd need to wait a month

There were two sales though, except one was clearly an outlier

Eh, I think that rule is to make sure youre not setting a value based on an outlier sale, misstating the hats value. A full pure sale that took a decent while to sell seems like a fairly good reflection, especially given the fact that there actually have been two sales.

i mean,2 sales DID happen,albeit one is invalid.

and as far as i remember,the rules for rare hats are

- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.

it doesn't say "but if that one sale took some time,you can price it without waiting a month"

lastly,he declined offers valued at 39 and 44 after overpay (the norman and the big country)

I see your point and Im aware of the rule, but I still stand by my suggestion. I'll await a mod's opinion on it.

And yes, those offers made me consider the 25 an outlier. The seller has stated he would take 40 pure, and decided to take 38.

he got tempted by the pure,that would explain it.

new owner (if he has even a tiny bit of reasoning) won't sell it for 38 or under. hence why waiting a month is the best option.

Don't base off of tiers. GE is priced over twice the value of PE on this one as well, which doesnt necessarily mean either of them is wrong
