Just something I thought of randomly; do we apply overpay on buds now? There are a few hats I'm thinking of pricing that involve a lot of recent bud sales, and I'm not sure what to do.
no overpay on buds, since they're still considered pure. not a currency, but still pure.

Yes, buds will need overpay applied, but think about what the point of overpay is. It's what an item sells for easily in pure. Applying 10% overpay on buds is probably steep. For items like buds, bmocs, max heads, the best indicator of what an item sells for fast in pure is by checking out classifieds and taking the lowest seller.
