These weren't accepted because of the prices in the SCM. IDK.

The second one was closed cause of a non-quicksell sale below the suggested price, not the scm.

And yeah, idk. I've seen ones accepted where the scm disagrees too (though I didn't bookmark and don't have time to go find them.) It's a judgment call. Neutral I guess.
