I bought mine for 3 ref just yesterday, though it may be an outlier. I was hoping it would go better with the Classified Coif. The results... not really.
At this moment it seems like an outlier yeah, :) But thanks anyways !
Coif + spook specs + stogie = love [the look also matches the taunt Taunt: Fresh Brewed Victory in my opinion]. The downside is also you can't equip it with the gunboats :(
