These things are hard as **** to price. Resuggesting as tods weren't in the actual sale, likely used in MVM.

This one... I really have no idea what's going on here.

The Topi, The Leadwear, and the Whoopee all went to/came from 3 separate people according to their histories. The initial item IDs from when the Topi and Leadwear entered Fade's backpack (3797451369 vs. 3797403205) suggest that they came from separate trades. Lastly, both hats were totally off the grid for a month before Fade acquired them, and his backpack is also infrequently scanned.

My guess is that this involves hats moving between private accounts, but really, I'm not sure.
